The Prairie Child Welfare Consortium will hold its 5th Biannual Symposium/Conference on October 21, 22, and 23, 2009 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Conference will promote strength and integrity in child welfare by highlighting policy and practice innovations, challenges to our field, and current research in Canadian child welfare.
